Getting Out Of The Problem
When a problem arises we tend to get absorbed in it. Little by little it becomes all we think of and covers our sanity. The solution to a problem is rarely inside the problem. It resides in taking a step back, creating distance and widening the perspective through which it is viewed.
A problem is simply the perception of an event by a mind that needs to fragment the reality in order to understand it. The more we dwell upon this perception, the more we get lost in it. Thinking about a problem seldom resolves it. Pausing and taking a step back does.
In this gap there is an alert stillness enabling creativity & clarity to arise. It is not about finding a magical solution but rather gaining the mindfulness of how to walk through it.
Enjoy the gap,
With my heart
