The Only Constant in Life is Continuous Change


Throughout our life we live constant changes in our environment, experiences, relations, work, body and even thoughts. 

However, our mental system is programmed to search for uniformity and reproduction of sameness. The latter tends to fragment reality and resist any change in order to maintain the illusion of stability. Thus, draining our energy in an never ending battle against what IS.

Accepting life's perpetual movement is the first step towards harmony. Meditation is a great tool enabling the cultivation of this awareness. It brings the understanding that our essence is the unique permanent element in our life. We start feeling our inner point of stillness. This unique and precious unchanging element gives us the force and reassurance that we can overcome any hurdle.
